"I've been searching for years to find the right golf ball.  One that is long and straight off the tee, and that hits the green, hops once and checks up.  I liked the Hogan Apex, it spins a ton around the green, but it "balloons" when hit with a driver.  I liked the Titleist Pro V1x for distance off the tee, but it didn't give me the control I need when chipping.  The Callaway Tour ix is a great combination.  It's longer and straighter, even in the wind, than any ball I've played.  It's terrific into the green, especially with a wedge.  It has a soft feel off the putter.  For me, Callaway has created the right combination of attributes in a golf ball.  I think it's going to be pretty tough to improve on this ball."
