TOUR ADVERTISING/SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES

Option 1 – Tour Sponsor. $5000 for the 2008 Season. Receives:

•       Naming Rights for the Tour E.g. The Golf Galaxy Golf Tour presented by ABC Company and Callaway Golf

•       3’x8’ banner signage at each event

•       Ad banner (125x125 pixels) on local tour website (1,000+ visitors/ month) with link to your website

•       (2) hole sponsorships at every local tour event with 22” x 15” hole sponsor sign (provided by tour)

•       Recognition in local media press releases

•       Ability for company representatives to be present at events & may do drawings to capture player information (e.g. Name, email, etc.)

•       All player names and mailing addresses

•       Promotional mention in every tour email sent (>4,000 email communications/ year). Up to 25 word company description/offer

•       Limited to 1 company per local tour chapter for the 2008 season

•       Entry for 2 Players to each of the local events

Option 2 – Event Sponsor. $750 per event. $1500 3 events Receives:

•       Naming rights for that event(s). E.g. The Golf Galaxy Golf Tour at Cypress Lakes presented by ABC Company and Callaway Golf

•       Player names and addresses for that event(s)

•       Ad banner (125x125 pixels) on local tour website (1,000+ visitors/ month) with link to your website

•       (1) hole sponsorship at all local tour events with 22” x 15” hole sponsor sign (provided by tour)

•       Ability for company representatives to be present at events & may do drawings to capture player information (e.g. Name, email, etc.)

•       Entry for 2 Players to the event(s) sponsored

Option 3 – Hole Sponsor. $250 per event or $500 for all events.

•       (1) hole sponsorship at a local tour event with 22” x 15” hole sponsor sign (provided by tour)

•       Ability for company representatives to be present at events & may do drawings to capture player information (e.g. Name, email, etc.)

•       Ad banner (125x125 pixels) on local tour website (1,000+ visitors/ month) with link to your website

Option 4 – Product Donation. $0

•       Introduce your product or service to our players by offering complementary items (e.g. your company logo’d Callaway golf balls)
