All players must submit a Tournament Entry Form for each tournament they wish to enter.
Prepayment and submission of a Tournament Entry Form is required for all players to be officially registered. Credit Card payment is required for all entry fees (no checks).
Tournaments are open to the first 100 paid registrants.
**To sign up to play as a foursome (2 teams together), simply request your pairing on the Tournament Entry Form. So that we have contact info for all players, each individual must fill out a Tournament Entry Form.
